CoconutKing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates coconutking.shop. This policy explains what we collect when you place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- Name — so we know whose order it is
- Mobile phone number — for order updates, and only if you opt in
- Email address — for your order confirmation and receipt
- Delivery address and ZIP code — to check we reach you, and to deliver
- Order details — the items, quantities, drop-off day and time you chose
- Notes for the driver — only what you choose to write there
If you send an event enquiry we collect the name, email, phone number and event details you type into that form.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order
- To send your order confirmation and receipt
- To contact you about your specific order if something changes
- To reply to an event enquiry you sent us
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Text messages (SMS)
We text you about your order only if the SMS box is ticked when you pay. It starts ticked, and you can untick it at checkout - it is never required to place an order. The only texts we send are about the order you placed. We send no marketing texts of any kind.

Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to order, and you will still receive email confirmations for orders you place.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the business — payment processing (Stripe), order records and email (Google), email hosting for our own shop address (Apple), text messaging (Twilio), and website hosting (Netlify). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us, not for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep order records as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Stop order texts at any time (reply STOP), and opt out of emails
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
