CoconutKing sends order updates by text to customers who ask for them. This page shows exactly what you are agreeing to, and where the request appears, without you having to place an order to find out.
What you see at checkout
One checkbox, just above the payment button. It starts ticked - untick it and we will not text you. It is never required to place an order. Word for word, it reads:
Text me about this order. Confirmation now, update on your delivery day. Untick if you would rather not. Msg frequency varies, msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Not required to order.
A copy of the checkout checkbox, exactly as it appears - ticked, and yours to clear.
Where to find it
On coconutking.shop:
- Pick a drop-off day and a drop-off time.
- Add anything from the menu.
- Press Checkout.
- Enter a delivery ZIP code and press Check.
- The checkbox above appears directly beneath, above the payment button.
Your mobile number is collected on the secure payment page that follows, and your answer is stored against that order.
What we send
- A confirmation when your order goes through, with your order number and drop-off day
- A message on your delivery day
That is all. We send no marketing, specials or market-day texts of any kind, and ticking the box never puts you on a promotional list.
