By placing an order through coconutking.shop, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
You order and pay on this site, and we deliver on an upcoming drop-off day. You choose the day and the time window at checkout, and you give us a delivery address on the secure card page.
You can also buy from us in person at the Saturday market. Those sales happen at the stand and are not made through this site.
Everything we sell is fresh. If something sells out before your drop-off day, we will contact you to swap it or refund that item.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Delivery is $5 per order, free on subtotals of $40 or more. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you place your order. We never see or store your card number.
Welcome offer
New customers receive 10% off their first delivery. One per customer. The discount applies to the product subtotal only, not to the delivery fee, and the free-delivery threshold is worked out on your subtotal before the discount is applied. Sales at the market stand are not included. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.
Delivery
We deliver in Saint Petersburg, Florida, to ZIP codes 33701 through 33716, on scheduled drop-off days — currently Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please give an accurate address and any gate or building code. If we cannot reach the delivery location, we will contact you to arrange another time.
Events and enquiries
If you send us an event enquiry through this site, we use the details you give us to reply to that enquiry and to quote for the event. Nothing else.
Text message program
If you tick the box at checkout, CoconutKing will text you about that order — a confirmation when you place it, and a message on your delivery day. That is all. We do not send marketing, specials or market-day texts, and ticking the box never puts you on a promotional list.

Cancellations and refunds
Our products are fresh and perishable, so please contact us as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel an order. If something arrives wrong or in poor condition, tell us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
